My love for clay began way back in primary school when I had a turn on the pottery wheel, I fell in love and have been potting ever since. I went on to complete a Diploma of Ceramics at Chisholm Tafe Dandenong. I soaked up a ton of incredible knowledge from the highly skilled tutors and came to love the pottery community as a whole.

I find joy in making wheel thrown vessels with painterly surfaces and creating hand-built, purpose built, pots for plants. Over the years I have taken part in pottery expos, and have had my work displayed in galleries.

I have had the pleasure of teaching from a number of amazing studios, most recently Clay Talk at Montsalvat. Seeing the pure joy and relaxation that students gain from the tactility of clay makes me happy.

It is the same desire to share the joys of clay, the magic of possibilities of form and expression that led me to take a leap, follow the magic of possibilities and potential, and start Jumping Creek Designs.
