Full payment for Classes / Workshops must be made in order to confirm your booking
Course / Workshop commencement is subject to minimum number of enrollments
If your course is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued
Refunds for public classes will only be issued if Jumping Creek Ceramic Design Studio is notified in writing no less than 7 days prior to Course / Workshop commencement
Deposits for events and private classes are non refundable, partial refunds for private events will only be issued if Jumping Creek Ceramic Design Studio is notified in writing no less than 14 days prior to the event date
